At the conclusion of each Little League regular season, every local league has the option to enter all-star teams into any of Little League's official tournaments in both baseball and softball. The tournament trail begins in early June and can lead as far as the Little League World Series in August in the older divisions.
Plymouth Little League enters several tournament teams each season which we typically refer to as our District Teams. Each of these teams initially plays in the District 22 tournament that includes several teams from our surrounding area. If a team wins the district tournament, their journey can continue on to sectional, state, or even regional tournaments.
